We are registered under registration number HE 435303 and specialize in providing educational services, as well as organizing extracurricular activities.

For the purposes of this document, «TRINITY» will be used to refer to SP TRIADA PRIVATE SCHOOL LIMITED.

The event is organized by TRINITY, which undertakes the responsibility for protecting personal data and complies with applicable data protection regulations.

By participating in the event and registering for participation, you acknowledge and provide your consent to the following terms and conditions:

- Consent for Photography and Videography

Photography and videography will take place during the event. You give your irrevocable consent to the recording of your image and/or video, as well as the use of these materials for purposes related to the organization and promotion of the event.

TRINITY obtains the right to use the recorded materials (photographs, videos) in any formats, including publications on websites, social media, as well as in advertising and informational materials, both in print and digital formats.

All materials captured by TRINITY and/or its contractors and/or employees are the exclusive property of TRINITY and may be used in printed, digital, or online resources for any lawful purpose, including, but not limited to, informational presentations, social media postings, video presentations, advertising, or marketing campaigns worldwide.

You will not receive any compensation or other remuneration for the use of these materials and will have no right to control their use or publication.

Your consent for the use of these materials is granted in perpetuity and extends to all possible channels of distribution, without the need for further approval from you and without additional compensation.

By participating in the event or being present in designated filming areas, you are deemed to have given your full and informed consent to the photography and videography as outlined above.
